What we agree before the visit
Activities and limits
Activities depend on the device and person. Routine care does not cover every procedure: complex access, multiple devices and replacements require assessment. Tube replacement not automatically included.
Availability and quote
When several people receive care at the same address and appointment, the agreed price for each person takes shared organisational costs into account, without charging for the same travel and shared time more than once.
Services are available by appointment. Before confirmation, we agree on availability, location, the service and its final price, including the home visit. There is no additional home visit fee.
Frequently asked questions
Which devices can be managed at home?
Urinary catheters, venous access devices, stomas and tracheostomies, according to the device and the person’s needs. Activities are agreed before the visit.
Does routine care include every replacement procedure?
No. Routine care must be distinguished from replacements and complex activities. Multiple devices and replacements require assessment; tracheostomy tube replacement is not automatically included.
What does nasogastric tube, PEG and enteral nutrition care include?
The €40–€55 fee includes the home visit and agreed routine activities: care of an existing nasogastric tube or PEG, support with prescribed enteral nutrition and basic education for the person or caregiver. Placement and replacement are excluded.
The fee covers a routine visit, not attendance throughout feeding. Extensive training or prolonged attendance requires an individual quote agreed in advance. When device care and nutrition support are part of the same visit, a single fee applies rather than separate charges for each activity.
